FM180 could be customized with tools to produce different cup’s shape from 100ml up to 250ml within the limits of the materials film width and machine pitch. it is able to reach an high production capacity, up to 18.000 Cup/hour for container of 100ml÷150ml.
The FM100 model is manufactured with Full Servo solutions (F.SERVO type) in which also the main Forming, Sealing and Cutting stations are drawn with movements managed with brushless systems.
The machine is made with a stainless-steel structure on which safety protections are mounted with anodized aluminum profiles and polycarbonate panels.
The filling stations are made according to the product to be packaged and the cups’ format. Fillers are manufactured with high quality production standards and materials in contact with the product.
The Alimenta filling systems are designed to be washed automatically and without disassembly of parts (predisposition of washing in the CIP system)
All automatic work cycles, of the FM180, are managed from the operator panel with an operator menu and diagnostics suitable to simplify the set-up operations of the machine and all the production phases.

On F.SERVO FM180 typology it is possible to implement the IML system (In Mould Labelling) to produce cups with label wrapped around the cup body.
