GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Correct washing of the dosing system of the thermoforming machine can only be carried out if the preparation of the washing solutions and the management of their operating phases is strictly under control.
The flow rates, temperatures and times during the various phases and, last but not least, a correct management of the sequences of the washing cycle are fundamental aspects that guarantee correct cleaning of all
surfaces that are in contact with the product to be filled.
The CIP systems, made by Alimenta and linked with NEWPACK machines, are designed to optimize and control any phase of the washing cycle.
The sizes of the various systems are mainly characterized by the volume of the tanks and, depending on the needs of the system, can consist of 2 or 3 different tanks for the various chemical detergents and hot water.
A second distinction is made on the basis of the level of automation that is required, whether fully automatic or semi-automatic for which, except for checks on the main process parameters, the selection of the valves in the various operating phases is carried out manually.
